HOT GLASS - COLD GLASS

MORGAN PETERSON IS A GLASS SCULPTOR BASED IN SEATTLE WASHINGTON AND IS ONE OF THE YOUNG BAND OF WOMEN MAKING BIG CHANGES IN THE GLASS SCULPTING SCENE. IN 2019 SHE WAS INVITED TO SHOW HER SKILLS AT THE INTERNATIONAL GLASS CONFERENCE IN MURANO ITALY. A REGULAR INSTRUCTOR AT THE PRATT FINE ART CENTRE AND PILCHUCK GLASS SCHOOL SHE IS A SKILLED TEACHER AND TRANSMITS HER KNOWLEDGE WITH EASE.

KNOWN FOR HER ELABORATE PORTRAIT STUDIES IN CARVED GLASS, MORGAN PETERSON’S MASTER CLASS WILL CONCENTRATE ON SHOWING HOW THESE EFFECTS CAN BE ACHIEVED THOUGH LAYERED CARVING AND ETCHING. THE CLASS IS AIMED AT ALL LEVELS AND ALL MATERIALS ARE SUPPLIED.
